A Brief History of the World
A Brief History of the World a game for 3 to 6 players, age 14 to adult.
Starting in 3000 BC and ending in 1942, the game explores the rise and decline of major empires of the world together with minor empires and kingdoms. Players marshal armies against one another, crossing seas and oceans by fleets and building forts to better protect their lands. Capitals, cities ands monuments are built to bring the gold needed for victory. More gold is collected as the result of occupation of areas of the map.
A Brief History of the World has an approximate playing time of 30 minutes per player, making it speedier and more dynamic and (we believe) making the original Ragnar Brothers game into a twenty-first century experience.
