Welcome to 'The Ragnar Brothers' web site.

This is a board game that spans the time of the Viking Sagas. The epic journeys that led Norsemen to raid, trade and settle over the known and unknown territories of the northern hemisphere. You will command your warriors and map out your strategy - only the strongest, most courageous and luckiest of you will triumph! So, do you feel lucky?

The game was produced under license to Asmodee and an English language version is out  under the name of ‘Fire and Axe’. The French language version is called ‘Invasions’ and a German version is named ‘Die Wikinger’ They look splendid and play very well! They are extremely faithful to the original in game design, with some new rune cards and an increased oarsman capacity to make those long treks to Hvarth or the South Mediterranean that bit more tempting!

Now that Asmodee’s print run has sold out we can sell the original ‘Viking Fury’ game again - yes it has the original large cloth map board! If you are interested e-mail me for details.

Details from the original box top and bottom.
